This Privacy Policy is an electronic document which has been created as per the terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the subsequent Rules made there under. This electronic document is computer generated and does not require user’s signature.

The following rules have been made in compliance to Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 which requires that each website publishes the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access-or usage of the intermediary’s computer resource by any person.

Collection and storage of information

    1. User information shall be collected when the Users visit Intscale’s website (, register on the Website, buys any paid Products and/or Services, subscribes to AIM2EXCEL’s blog and/or subscribe to AIM2EXCEL’s newsletters. Intscale may also collect such information, through means other than aforementioned.
    2. User will be asked to share information including but not limited to, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, gender, educational qualification and any other information that will be required to reach a conclusive result in the assessments. Refusal to submit any such information shall act as a deterrence in accessing few website related activities.
    3. The User agrees to collection of non-personal Information such as, but not limited to, browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Website, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers’ utilized, IP address, date and time of access to the Website, number of visits to the Website, pages visited on the Website etc.
    4. The Users allow us to unconditionally use this information for any lawful activity and for internal purposes, as maybe necessary.
    5. Some information may be stored on the user’s device by merely accessing this Website.
    6. Intscale may provide access to the Website ( through Facebook and/or Google accounts and may receive some information from these third parties in this regard. All information received from the third parties and the registration through these third parties shall be bound by the same clauses of this Privacy Policy.
    7. Intscale shall store and process the information provided by the Users at the data servers which are protected through reasonable security in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules there under.

Intscale does not take any responsibility for any dysfunction of the User device due to these cookies.

Use of Information

    1. Intscale may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:
        • Conducting the tests and assessments and creating customized career plans for the Users
        • Improving customer service experience so that it can respond better to the service requests and support needed.
        • Personalize User experience to understand how a User used the Product or Services so as to give better services.
        • Feedback to improve the products and services on the website.
        • Financial details as entered while purchasing goods for quick checkout on the User’s next purchase. This information shall not be shared with any third party except to the extent of necessity to provide the service.
        • Conducting promotions, contests and surveys
        • Sending periodic emails pertaining to our services, response to queries raised, company news etc.

The user hereby grants Intscale a non-exclusive, universal, continuous, revocable, sub-licensable, royalty free right to exercise copyright, publicity and database rights over the User’s information.

    1. Intscale will not enter into any agreement which involves sharing User’s personal details with third parties for their marketing purposes without the User’s consent.
    2. Intscale will share the User information with its agents, employees, mentors and counsellors as may be necessary.


    1. For all purposes in this section, Confidential Information shall mean but may not be limited to:
        • Information shared by the User, client, and business partner vendors etc. of Intscale such as, personal, technical, financial etc.
        • All information owned by Intscale which is shared with the User in the course of the assessment and analysis such as, test structure and content, services, products, proposed services and products, security procedures, internal control and data processing programs and applications, algorithms, system, policies, Counsellor’s recommendations, structure and content of the test results and reports generated etc.
        • Confidential Information does not mean information which is already in the public domain; was developed independently by the User without using the Confidential Information shared by Intscale; already in the knowledge of the User through third parties who are authorized to share such information and information which the Government bodies may ask for as the part of an order.
    2. Intscale shall adopt all reasonable and necessary processes as per the Industry Standard, to collect the Confidential Information, maintain the collected Confidential Information, secure the collected Confidential Information and disclose or destroy the collected Confidential Information.
    3. Reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the Website is Virus free however, no guarantee, express or implied, is promised and/or agreed to.
    4. While handling the Confidential Information, User must:
        • Ensure that the information shared with him/her remains only within his knowledge and is not shared knowingly or inadvertently with other persons/ third parties, without Intscale’s approval.
        • Maintain all reasonable measures to protect the Confidential Information.
        • User must not publically share the details of the processes employed by Intscale to assess and assist a User.
        • Give prior communication to Intscale before disclosing the Confidential Information to the Government so that Intscale may have opportunity to respond to the disclosures.
    5. Intscale shall be the sole owner of all the Confidential Information collected vide its Website (aim2excel) and Services.
    6. Intscale, its employees and agents shall hold the Confidential Information of the Users even post the expiration of the Agreement and/or even after termination of the services, for a period of one year.


The User has deemed acceptance of this Privacy Policy by using the Website ( and/or sharing with Intscale the information collected by Intscale. The user has understood and the Privacy Policy and accepts the content.

Changes in the Privacy Policy

Intscale shall update this Privacy Policy at any time. The User will be notified of a change through public announcements or personal emails. Intscale encourages Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. The User acknowledge and agree that it is his responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
