- All information owned by Intscale which is shared with the User in the course of the assessment and analysis such as, test structure and content, services, products, proposed services and products, security procedures, internal control and data processing programs and applications, algorithms, system, policies, Counsellor’s recommendations, structure and content of the test results and reports generated etc.
- Confidential Information does not mean information which is already in the public domain; was developed independently by the User without using the Confidential Information shared by Intscale; already in the knowledge of the User through third parties who are authorized to share such information and information which the Government bodies may ask for as the part of an order.
- Intscale shall adopt all reasonable and necessary processes as per the Industry Standard, to collect the Confidential Information, maintain the collected Confidential Information, secure the collected Confidential Information and disclose or destroy the collected Confidential Information.
- Reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the Website is Virus free however, no guarantee, express or implied, is promised and/or agreed to.
- While handling the Confidential Information, User must:
- Ensure that the information shared with him/her remains only within his knowledge and is not shared knowingly or inadvertently with other persons/ third parties, without Intscale’s approval.

- Intscale, its employees and agents shall hold the Confidential Information of the Users even post the expiration of the Agreement and/or even after termination of the services, for a period of one year.
